Job Opening

Service Technician (Coffee Equipment)

Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute coffee equipment installation, maintenance, repair service plan and action.

  • Attend both in-house maintenance and field service.

  • Handle technical support and operation enquiry on phone, instant messaging platform, email and field service.

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers, resellers and suppliers.

  • Acquire knowledge about coffee equipment, basic regulations of food & beverage, coffee beverage preparation.

Requirements

  • A self-motivated, energetic and flexible team player in a multicultural environment

  • Excellent service and communicate skills

  • Desire to be coffee equipment profession

  • Sense of urgency

  • Holder of registration of electrical worker (Grade A) is preferred but not a must.

  • Working experience in coffee equipment is not required but experience in plumbing, mechanical or electrical systems is an advantage

Coffee Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Develop coffee & operations training for customers.

  • Assist in coffee bean production and manage coffee sales.

  • Handle customers support and operation enquiry.

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.

  • Acquire knowledge about coffee equipment, basic regulations of food & beverage, coffee beverage preparation.

Requirements

  • A self-motivated, energetic and flexible team player in a multicultural environment.

  • Excellent service and communicate skills.

  • Open-minded and always be prepared for new challenges.

  • Proficient in spoken English.

  • Love coffee.

Machine Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing coffee, technical & operations training for customers.

  • Assist in coffee machine and equipment sales.

  • Handle customers support and operation enquiry.

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.

  • Acquire knowledge about coffee equipment, basic regulations of food & beverage, coffee beverage preparation.

Requirements

  • A self-motivated, energetic and flexible team player in a multicultural environment.

  • Excellent service and communicate skills.

  • Open-minded and always be prepared for new challenges.

  • Proficient in spoken English.

  • Love coffee.

  • Basic technical & engineering background is preferred but not a must.
